About the role
Join Urbnest Property as a full-time Property Manager based in Stones Corner, QLD. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 120 residential properties, ensuring optimal tenant occupancy, maximising rental returns, and providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants. You will be supported by an Overseas Assistant with the admin tasks of the role.
What you'll be doing
Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, processing applications, and managing tenant onboarding and offboarding
Ensure timely rent collection and arrears management, while maintaining positive tenant relationships
Coordinate property maintenance, facilitate repairs, and oversee the work of contractors
Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants
Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing queries and concerns promptly
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management, with a deep understanding of the local real estate market
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Proficient in using property management software and technology
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
