About the role

Join Urbnest Property as a full-time Property Manager based in Stones Corner, QLD. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 120 residential properties, ensuring optimal tenant occupancy, maximising rental returns, and providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants. You will be supported by an Overseas Assistant with the admin tasks of the role.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, processing applications, and managing tenant onboarding and offboarding

  2. Ensure timely rent collection and arrears management, while maintaining positive tenant relationships

  3. Coordinate property maintenance, facilitate repairs, and oversee the work of contractors
