PROPERTY MANAGER | PASCOE VALE | NO WEEKENDS
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join a leading agency in Pascoe Vale. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a clean, well-structured portfolio of around 180 properties, with the support of an experienced department head and a dedicated virtual assistant handling your back-end administration.
You’ll enjoy a role that’s focused purely on Property Management - no leasing, no BDM, no weekends - just the chance to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants in a professional, team-oriented environment.

THE ROLE:
- Manage a tidy, residential portfolio of approx. 180 properties
- Oversee maintenance, rent reviews, routine inspections, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Utilise Property Me, IRE, and Inspection Express to streamline workflows
- Collaborate with your department head to ensure smooth operations and consistency
- Delegate admin and backend tasks to your offshore VA (Philippines) to maximise efficiency
- Experienced Property Manager with strong communication and organisational skills
- Agents Representative Certificate - A MUST
- Confident managing your own portfolio and workflow
- Tech-savvy and familiar with Property Me or similar platforms
- Professional, proactive, and solution-focused
- Current driver’s licence
- Up to $90,000 + super
- Monday–Friday only, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
- No leasing, no BDM, no weekend work
- VA support for admin and compliance tasks
- A supportive and structured environment with strong leadership
- Established systems and a collaborative team culture
