Are you an organised, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our friendly, motivated team and help us deliver outstanding service to our clients.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio of properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive exceptional communication and care. This is a dynamic role that rewards initiative, problem-solving, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of property management from leasing to maintenance coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct routine inspections and organise repairs and maintenance
Handle rent reviews, arrears, and lease renewals
Ensure compliance with current legislation and company policies
About You
Previous experience in Property Management (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
Current Agent’s Representative Certificate and valid driver’s licence
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail
A team player with a proactive, customer-focused attitude
