Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for your next career move? We’ve got TWO exciting opportunities who offer strong support, along with flexibility and attractive packages.
Role 1: Property Manager | 150 Properties | Inner North-West
- Perks: 1 day work from home flexibility and 9-5pm office.
- Support: Full support for administration & leasing
- Portfolio Size: 150 properties
- Salary: Up to $85K+Super
- Saturdays: MAX up to 4 days PER YEAR!
- Perks: Monday to Friday ONLY, earn up to $8K in KPIs on top, Laptop & Phone provided
- Support: Leasing & Administration support
- Portfolio size: Approx. 170 based local to the office
- Salary: $90,000pkg + KPI bonuses
- Saturdays: Not Required
About You;
- 1-2 years+ experience managing a residential portfolio
- Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
- Experience using a Property Management program being;Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
- Corporate attire & presented
- Car & Drivers Licence
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
