About us:
Australian International Aviation College Pty Ltd is based at Port Macquarie Airport and is part of the worldwide HNA Aviation Group. We are a registered ASQA/CRICOS provider and deliver Diploma courses for Commercial Pilot Training and Multi-Engine Instrument Ratings, have a VSL application pending, and also train non-diploma cadets employed by HNA Group's airlines (RTO: 45675, CRICOS: 03903C).
We operate a fleet of 12 modern Diamond aircraft and a matching Flight Training Device ('simulator'). Employing 25 staff we remain small enough for us to know our colleagues and collaborate. Our training operations are scheduled, recorded and reported in the SmartAviation Training Management System. Our Diploma student numbers are growing. This is where you come in!
The Role:
The primary role is to ensure continuous compliance with the requirements to remain registered and operating as an RTO, including AVETMISS / ASQA / ESOS / CRICOS / and VSL compliance and report submissions.
Additionally you will:
be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
manage student applications and enrolments
manage the company website and social media presence
help maintain company operational and training documentation records and equipment, including auditing written flight record sheets against electronic records.
assist with student orientation and support, and
help manage the company vehicles
What You Will Bring:
