We have a fantastic opportunity to join the MG , GWM, Mahindra , FIAT Pro and Alpha Romeo Dealership as our service receptionist and customer liaison.
You will interact with people both on the phone and in person providing a high level of customer service at all times.
The responsibilities of this role are varied and include:-
Answer all incoming calls, transferring the caller to the appropriate person quickly and accurately and / or taking messages with details of the caller and nature of the call.
Service bookings and assisting the advisor team
Greeting visitors and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
General administrative duties.
This is a Full Time position
The successful candidate will:-
Have exceptional customer service skills & a can do attitude
Be bubbly, polite, courteous and well-mannered at all times
Be well presented, friendly, positive and punctual
Have great organizational and time management skills
