Service Parts Specialist
Role type: 6 Months Contract
Location: Moorebank, NSW
Casual Rate: $53.77-$60.10 P/h
Supports the Sales organisation and customers by preparing technical descriptions of the requested products and technologies and liaise with the factory to determine accurate costs and prepare detailed quotes for applied products and technology.

- Prepare fast, accurate quotes for service parts and tech solutions.
- Work closely with sales and factories to deliver precise pricing and proposals.
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offers using market insights to uncover opportunities for growth and development.
Supports the Sales organisation and customers by preparing technical descriptions of the requested products and technologies and liaise with the factory to determine accurate costs and prepare detailed quotes for applied products and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the local Sales organization and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, and in preparing demanding offers.
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and technical requirements.
- Work with factories and internal teams to gather technical details and pricing
- Prepare and issue around 15–20 technical and commercial quotations each day.
- Analyse customer needs and competitor offers to help shape the best proposals.
- Help identify why proposals are lost and recommend improvements for future success.
- Make sure costs for proposed solutions are defined and shared clearly with the Sales teams.
- Handle a high volume of administrative work and keep records accurate and up to date.
- Experience preparing quotes, proposals, for various parts, products or equipment. (Electrification products is a bonus)
- Enjoys working in a technical environment and learning new things.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and internal teams
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail
- Comfortable managing high workloads and meeting deadlines.
