Your Opportunity

The Executive Assistant and Coordinator (EAC) role provides high-level secretarial, administrative, and executive support to selected members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Reporting to the Executive Officer and Company Secretary, this role offers flexibility to adapt and evolve based on organisational priorities.

 

Key responsibilities include supporting ELT members, ensuring administrative, communication, and coordination systems are clear and aligned, and providing assistance across various operational functions.

Some of the key functions of the role include:

  • High-level administration, communication, and coordination activities for ELT members.
  • Managing and coordinating calendars, including scheduling meetings, preparing travel itineraries, and facilitating other commitments.
  • Monitoring and prioritising emails and correspondence, responding where appropriate on behalf of ELT members.
  • Tracking and ensuring the completion of tasks, projects, and reports against due dates (e.g. reports, tenders and submissions).
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, submissions, and other key documents by collating and following up on responses.

THE ROLE

The Administration Officer will be involved in the day-to-day administration for the Hub, as well as providing wide ranging secretariat and support functions. The position has key functions in supporting the Orange Door workforce, as well as providing a point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of partner agencies, government, private and public sectors.

Details: The Office of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children and Young People Commissioner is seeking a Senior Case Manager. The Office for ACT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children and Young People undertakes individual and systemic advocacy and monitoring in relation to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people in the child protection system as well as other areas where Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people and their families are disproportionately represented.

The Senior Case Manager is an integral part of the Office and will work closely with staff to undertake a broad range of case management duties to assist the Office in achieving its objective to advocate for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people, and their families.

The Senior Case Manager is focused on delivering the best possible life outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people and families through responsive client service underpinned by best practice trauma informed case management.

To be successful, you will demonstrate experience working with children, young people and their families in a social work/case management role, and the ability to understand and apply relevant legislation underpinning the role of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children and Young People Commissioner.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Senior Case Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the MG , GWM, Mahindra , FIAT Pro and Alpha Romeo Dealership as our service receptionist and customer liaison.

You will interact with people both on the phone and in person providing a high level of customer service at all times.

The responsibilities of this role are varied and include:-

  • Answer all incoming calls, transferring the caller to the appropriate person quickly and accurately and / or taking messages with details of the caller and nature of the call.

  • Service bookings and assisting the advisor team

  • Greeting visitors and customers in a professional and courteous manner.

  • General administrative duties.

  • This is a Full Time position
