We're looking for a Regional Field Services Manager to join our Power Projects division and provide leadership across the construction of high-voltage (HV) substations in South Australia. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in delivering critical energy projects that shape the future of sustainable power.
As Regional Field Services Manager, you will lead field-based HV substation construction resources based out of our Underdale office. You'll drive safety, quality, and productivity performance while ensuring projects meet contractual, financial, and stakeholder expectations.

About you
Candidates must have at least 2-3 years experience loading trucks and working with Scales. A valid drivers Licence is required and valid Front End Loader ticket.
This is an ongoing casual position for the right candidate, with the view of permanent full time after 3 months.

The Project
Over the next 16 months, the Senior Site Manager will oversee a 4-storey luxury commercial project just outside the city.
The Opportunity
This opportunity is suitable for a Senior Site Manager who has been in the construction industry in a project management capacity for at least 10 years, preferably over 15 years.
The right person should have started as a Supervisor in their formative years outside of their trade.
The Experience
Someone who managed at least five projects over $20M, but preferably over $50M. The reason is that the company needs an SSM with concrete structure knowledge with high levels of site logistics management (Towner crane, Alimak, and or Prestons, etc)
The Team
You have a top Project Manager, a Structures Foreman, and a Contract Administrator who have been on site since the beginning of the project last month.
So you're in great hands regarding support, timeline, and understanding of the job.
Subcontractors haven't even started on the site yet, so it would suit an SSM who's looking to get on something special in November, that's going to see them out until June 2027.
The Package
The package on offer ranges from around $160K - $180K + Car / Fuel + Super.

THE ROLE
In this hands-on role as an Experienced Plant Operator you will be required to:
· Assist with general clean and tidy-up of site/site shed including removal of rubbish, debris and excess materials and sweeping
· Assist with the unloading of various materials from delivery vehicles requiring lifting, moving, handling and stacking a wide range of building materials
· Digging trenches, pits and similar, shovelling soil, rubble and concrete and using a crowbar
· Ensuring prestarts completed and optimising equipment without damaging it
· Monitoring of site gates/temporary fencing (lifting and erecting fencing)
· Lay and remove temporary protective coverings
· Assist with the implementation of trenching shields

Can pass a drug and alcohol test ( We have a ZERO Tolerance to drugs on ALL of our sites, projects and offices )
Have a Construction Industry Card ( White Card )
· Experience in operating some mobile plant equipment

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate excavators in proximity to live gas, electrical, and other underground services
