Essential Criteria
  • Minimum five years’ civil operations and road construction experience including reading plans, overseeing surveys, managing risk, variations and site HSEQ

The Opportunity

This opportunity is suitable for a Senior Site Manager who has been in the construction industry in a project management capacity for at least 10 years, preferably over 15 years.

The right person should have started as a Supervisor in their formative years outside of their trade. 

The Experience

Someone who managed at least five projects over $20M, but preferably over $50M. The reason is that the company needs an SSM with concrete structure knowledge with high levels of site logistics management (Towner crane, Alimak, and or Prestons, etc)

The Team

You have a top Project Manager, a Structures Foreman, and a Contract Administrator who have been on site since the beginning of the project last month.

So you're in great hands regarding support, timeline, and understanding of the job.

Subcontractors haven't even started on the site yet, so it would suit an SSM who's looking to get on something special in November, that's going to see them out until June 2027.
