This permanent, full-time position is based on site at the Eastern Treatment Plant in Carrum Downs and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and efficiency of critical sewer infrastructure, while developing your career in the water and utilities sector.

To be successful in this role, you will have a solid background in project coordination or project administration, with experience in supporting the delivery of minor capital projects, preferably within the water, utilities, or infrastructure sectors. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional, with a strong background in line marking and civil infrastructure operations, ideally within a supervisory or management capacity.
Reporting to the Department Manager, this key leadership position will provide support, guidance, and operational direction to project delivery teams across multiple projects throughout metropolitan and regional NSW.
In this role, you will oversee resource management, client relationships, and compliance with company procedures, while promoting a strong safety-first culture.
