The Company

My client is a global Real Estate company, with their national head office based in inner Brisbane. We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking individual ideally with a Marketing background in Real Estate, to join their corporate team. This is a Monday to Friday, full-time position, with every Friday work from home, and one day per week with flexi hours.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager will work within a dynamic team of three, to oversee all marketing and innovation initiatives for the franchise. In this role you will be responsible for all branding, digital and online strategy, including social media and will be working closely with external marketing suppliers and agencies. You will also be responsible for managing brand design and graphic design work for the company. Working closely with the Operations Director you will map out strategic priorities and implement new initiatives to evolve the brand and the offering to their franchise network. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work in conjunction with internal team and suppliers to produce collateral material including brochures, flyers, booklets, event invitations, magazines, banners etc. for network promotion and communications.
  • Oversee the Design & Communications Manager and Marketing Coordinator to deliver all relevant responsibilities.
  • Creation of office signage, collateral and launch campaign material for new offices.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to set up company branding & templates.
  • Oversee and evolve branding templates and collateral with Design and Communications Manager including Canva suite and coordination with industry print suppliers.
  • Liaise with PR Consultant and Design Manager to develop the company magazine.
  • Management of Social Networking Sites: Develop content alongside Marketing Coordinator to promote company events, news and market reports across Social Media platforms.
  • Direct the social media strategy and general communications strategy. 
  • When required, liaise with external agencies or media owners to promote and communicate brand awareness, marketing campaigns and office launches.
  • Take responsibility for the development and management of the company website.
  • Present and facilitate Marketing & Communications sessions including live sessions and webinars on personal branding, social media, marketing and general updates for the franchise network. 
  • Manage and grow the company's official Partner Program.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Coordinator and Membership Coordinator to be the head office conduit for the franchise network on general technology queries.
  • Provide support for senior management in review of tech support processes to determine areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • Manage & build relationships with suppliers, agencies & media representatives.
  • Manage & build relationships with suppliers and technology vendors.
The ideal Candidate:
  • Experience as a Marketing Manager/Marketing Executive within Real Estate or Property
  • Confident and professional written and verbal communication skills

The Role:
