Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance, management & support to Owners Corporations as required
Prepare, attend & facilitate general meetings, committee meetings & welcome meetings
Meet with customers on a regular basis to provide an update/overview of how their Owners Corporations are functioning
The Perfect Candidate:
Previous experience in an OC role is ideal, but not essential.

The Opportunity
Kelly & Co Property is seeking a talented and hands-on Facility Manager / Commercial Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational excellence of our commercial property portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, this role ensures buildings are well-maintained, compliant, and efficiently managed — working closely with our Property Management team and trusted contractors.
You’ll also spearhead the integration of Cirrus FM and PIM software, building a smarter, automated workflow for property maintenance and work orders.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and compliance testing
Manage contractors, service tenders, and supplier relationships
Conduct property inspections and ensure proactive maintenance
Maintain accurate tenant and contractor records using Cirrus 8 and Cirrus FM
Monitor budgets, expenses, and prepare reports for owners
Manage capital works, fit-out projects, and ensure safety standards are met
Support Property Managers during busy periods or leave
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property, facilities, or project management
Strong understanding of leases, maintenance processes & compliance
Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and preferably Cirrus 8 / Cirrus FM
Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (or willing to obtain)
A proactive, collaborative, and can-do attitude
