Property Manager – Doncaster Office – HOD's Portfolio!
Come and work in a fantastic and established office based in Doncaster, be a part of a team of 15+ staff, and join one of the best brands in the industry to work for!
You’ll be stepping into an immaculately maintained portfolio handed over from the Head of Department — a rare opportunity featuring high-quality properties, pleasant and respectful owners, and reliable long-term tenants.
Established since 1921, servicing the real estate needs of the suburbs of Doncaster, Templestowe & surrounds, offering property management services along with selling residential properties, this is a strong company with a great reputation in the local community, supporting community events & engagement.
Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm, with limited weekends — just 1 in 8 Saturdays (half day only). Parking provided and using PropertyMe software.
Career progression is available into Team Leader roles for those who have the skills and attitude!
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~165 residential properties handed over directly from the Head of Department
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, with some admin support
- Leasing if required (leasing consultant support provided)
With an excellent name brand, friendly and supportive directors who understand how tough property management can be, you will be working for some of the best in the industry!
WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of $80,000 - $90,000 + Super, dependent on experience (if you have managed your own high end/large portfolio before and for how long etc)
- Car parking on site
- Tools of the trade, laptop, phone are provided for you!
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of property management with portfolio management experience, end to end
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
