About the Opportunity
Ventia is seeking a Facility and Assets Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of properties under our Across Government Facilities Management Arrangement (AGFMA) contract. These public assets include schools, hospitals, courts, police stations, and other government facilities.
This full-time role falls within the health portfolio and will be based at the Flinders Medical Centre, with scope across the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN), including its satellite sites. You'll be responsible for managing reactive and preventative maintenance, coordinating small projects, and ensuring the continued operation and efficiency of these essential health facilities. The role includes participation in an on-call roster, with an associated allowance.

Key Responsibilities

The Role
