Relationship Management Facilities Management position

$Temp to perm opportunity $60-$65p/h

Property Network of Australia is looking for an experienced Facilities candidate to take on a role as a Maintenance Coordinator/Property Services Supervisor to support the delivery of maintenance programs, safety compliance, and minor project works across a portfolio of aged care assets across QLD & NSW.

This is a key role and sits alongside another team member. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and functionality of a portfolio of aged care facilities mainly across QLD & NSW.  Your role will ensure environments remain safe, compliant, and aligned with resident needs, whilst providing a first class service across the portfolio.

This is NOT an engineering  or hugely technical focussed FM role. The focus will be on managing a volume of reactive works, as such the role requires someone with a well organised & customer approach to ensure the works and relationships are managed well across sub-contractors and internal stakeholders.

**Travel may be required for a couple of nights per month.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee delivery of maintenance plans and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Liaise with facility representatives to manage repairs, incidents, and site issues
  • Monitor and manage work orders, budgets, and essential safety measures
  • Support accreditation, certification, and risk management processes
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate asset and compliance records
  • Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for project and upgrade works
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in property or facilities management within a service industry
  • Strong knowledge of building compliance and risk management
  • Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and solve problems under pressure
If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above) then please do not hesitate to contact Eddie Reed by submitting your CV and a covering letter and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.

**Only successful candidates will be contacted, thanks for your understanding.**
