We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio of 200+ properties.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a clean, organised portfolio of 200+ properties
- Handling tenant & landlord communication with care and professionalism
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections
- Managing arrears, rent reviews, and lease renewals
- Preparing for and attending tribunal hearings when required
- Lodging insurance claims and maintaining compliance
- Participating in regular training and development sessions
- Class 2 Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Experience managing approx. 200 properties
- Strong knowledge of NSW legislation & PM systems
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
- Excellent communication, organisation & time management
- Polished presentation and a proactive, solutions-driven attitude
- Negotiable salary based on experience
