As a Sales Cadet, you’ll work closely with a Senior Sales Agent, gaining hands-on experience and learning the ropes of property sales in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
This role mirrors the responsibilities of a Sales Associate and is designed to provide a strong foundation for future growth into a Sales Consultant position.

- Assist with property inspections and open homes
- Prepare marketing materials and listing presentations
- Liaise with clients, buyers, and internal teams
- Manage CRM data and follow-up communications
- Support the Senior Agent with day-to-day sales activities
- Learn and apply sales techniques and compliance standards
- A genuine interest in real estate and property sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Real Estate Certificate IV or willingness to obtain
