On offer is a fantastic career opportunity at a Tier 1 Agency in the Eastern pocket of Melbourne. Working alongside a dynamic and skilled Sales Consultant as a Buyers Agent.
As a key player in the real estate industry, this Director has earned a reputation for excellence and innovation, and we are seeking a motivated professional to contribute to the continued success of the business.
Currently transacting approximately 60 properties per annum, this role is suitable for an experienced buyers agent or sales assistant looking to put their buyer management skills to great use.
THE PAY
$65,000 (negotiable)
Estimated On-Target-Earnings exceed $110,000 +
Commissions on every deal
Commissions on new Business
THE DAYS/ HOURS
Monday to Friday with Saturdays required for open homes and Auctions
THE ROLE

THE DAYS/ HOURS
Monday to Friday with Saturdays required for open homes and Auctions
THE ROLE
- Attending and responding to all buyer enquiries (calls, emails, messages, social media etc.)
- Client appointments (final, building, pest inspections etc.)
- Attending all open for inspections and Auctions
- Buyer management & follow up
- All private inspections
- Attending appraisals
- Coordinating client bookings, meetings and settlements
- Communicating and providing instructions to VA’s, reception and customer care team
- Understanding real estate legislation
- Assist in the signing of REIV documentation
- Responsible for key handling
