Our client is an established, industry leading Commercial Real Estate firm. Priding themselves on their extensive local market knowledge, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their high performing team. They are offering a competitive salary and ability to "run the show" and take ownership of this well-maintained portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 commercial properties (mix of Industrial, Retail and Commercial)
Deliver a high quality of service to owners and tenants
Attend internal & external business commitments
Liaise with owners, tenants and other stakeholders
Take full ownership of lease negotiations, reviews, renewals, arrears, inspections and vacancies
See that company policies and procedures are followed to ensure owner’s objectives and investment strategies.
Managing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
About you:
Minimum of 1 - 2 years in Commercial Real Estate minimum
Knowledge of local property market
Capacity to negotiate and deal with conflict
Agents' Rep and drivers license
Ability to work autonomously - be a self-starter
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and time-management
