We are looking for an Owners Corporation Manager passionate about what they do, who can jump right in & take on a portfolio.
You will have dedicated support for all maintenance, finance & admin duties - literally, all!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance, management & support to Owners Corporations as required
Prepare, attend & facilitate general meetings, committee meetings & welcome meetings
Meet with customers on a regular basis to provide an update/overview of how their Owners Corporations are functioning
The Perfect Candidate:
Previous experience in an OC role is ideal, but not essential.
Excellent communication & people skills
Solid organisation & time management skills
A genuine can-do attitude combined with a genuine love of people
