Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Front Office All-Rounder to join our dynamic team. This role will involve managing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk and across front office. You will be responsible for the check-in/check-out processes, answer inquiries, and assist with any requests or concerns. Address any issues or conflicts that arise, aiming for swift and effective resolution. Understand the hotel facilities and their locations as well as understanding Sydney and the locations to visit when a guest inquires.

In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional food service to patients and customers. You will:

  • Prepare and serve meals and beverages in line with dietary requirements and hospital standards.
  • Assist with basic food preparation under the direction of our cooks and chef.
  • Deliver and collect menus, food trays, and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness within the department in accordance with the Food Safety Plan and HACCP standards.

  • Allocate rooms and ensure fresh linen is provided.
