About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Barista’s to join our team across multi-venue operations located at Brisbane Airport. Working across multiple cafes, restaurants and bars where we use locally roasted beans including Fonzie Abbott and Merlo.  We have Casual, Part Time or Full-Time basis depending on experience and availability.

You’ll be supported by strong leadership and work collaboratively with a team of friendly, skilled colleagues. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a memorable hospitality experience that truly reflects “the best part of the journey” for our customers.

Shifts available

• 4:00am until midday (penalty rates apply before 6:00am)

• 5:00am until either 10:00am or midday

• PM shifts from midday onwards

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Previous barista, cafe allrounder skills highly regarded

• Flexibility around the roster (04:00am starts)

• Experience in fast paced venues

• A passion for customer service 

• Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills and a collaborative work mentality

• A lively personality and positive attitude

• Preferable access to a personal vehicle and have driver's license for early morning starts
