Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for sport, community, and creating unforgettable experiences? Our vibrant licensed sporting club is seeking a motivated and experienced Bar Manager / Events Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional events that bring our members and guests together.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily bar operations, stock control, and compliance with liquor licensing regulations
Lead and mentor bar staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism
Collaborate with club committees to enhance member engagement and revenue opportunities
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in bar management and event coordination (minimum 2 years)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of RSA, liquor licensing, and WHS compliance
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends approximately 25 to 30 hours pw
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for community and sport
