Supernormal is a lively, all-day, Asian-inspired restaurant with a contemporary Japanese aesthetic. The refectory-style dining room is flanked by a long, open kitchen and bar; downstairs lies a secret space for events, parties and karaoke. Supernormal's menu is influenced by the cuisines of Tokyo, Shanghai, Seoul and Hong Kong. It celebrates the notion of shared feasts via a selection of classic dishes alongside some new and inspired interpretations.
About the role:
Now into its twelfth year on Flinders Lane, Supernormal remains an ever-evolving, much-loved and intrinsic part of Melbourne's hospitality landscape. This key position will see you drive revenue generation and support back-end operations alongside our Venue Manager, Head Chef and some of the industry's best minds to ensure we serve lobster rolls well into the future.
