  • Financial Empowerment – Free access to become an Infinity client, including support from our mortgage brokers, advisers, strategists, and relationship managers (who wouldn't love to pay off their home loan in under 7 years?!)
  • Career Growth – Infinity has grown rapidly and we’re only getting started. With rapid growth comes rapid opportunity.
  • Competitive Remuneration – We hire the best, and we reward the best.
  • First-Class Onboarding – Includes an all-expenses-paid trip to our Real Estate Mastery (REM) event to immerse yourself into everything Infinity, a company iPhone and laptop, and a full company induction at our Gold Coast headquarters on day one.

At Infinity, giving back is part of who we are. Through initiatives like the Kmart Wishing Tree Appeal, our team helped raise over $250,000 last year to support children and families in need, and we’re just getting started as we aim for $500,000 for Christmas ’25.

Residential Building Manager - Full Time
Marigold Services Group Pty Ltd

Senior Property Investment Consultant (High-Ticket Closer)

$300K–$400K+ OTE | Sydney-Based | Full Pressure, Full Upside

You’re a Closer

You’ve sold high-ticket before — $3K, $5K, even $10K+. You know the thrill of turning “maybe” into “I’m in.”

You don’t need hand-holding — you need leads, leverage, and a clear target. You want to earn big, build yourself up, and be part of a fast-scaling company that rewards results, not time.

At InvestFox Property Group, we help busy IT professionals build multi-property portfolios through data-driven strategy. Our clients typically unlock $50K–$150K in equity within 12–24 months, guided by our proprietary frameworks — InvestBlueprint™ and SmartTax Edge™.

We’re on track for exponential growth, and we’re only hiring elite closers who can perform under pressure and love the game.

Why This Role Exists

We’re expanding our Sydney team and need closers who can run qualified consultations, earn trust fast, and close confidently.

If you’ve sold in property, finance, or coaching — and know how to lead a value-driven sale — this is your arena.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Take 5–10 pre-qualified appointments per week (from inbound marketing and webinars)

  • Run your own pre-call qualification to ensure a 50%+ show rate

  • Deliver compelling strategy sessions using InvestFox’s proven frameworks

  • Present how clients can safely build $50K–$150K+ equity in 12–24 months

  • Leverage our 15,000+ lead database, plus your own network

  • Bring in 2+ self-generated clients per month for extra bonuses

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base (First 3 Months Only): $55K
Commission: $4,000 per signed client

Deals per Week Annual OTE

2 Signups. $430K

3 Signups $638K

Top performers earn fast — and scale even faster.

Who You Are
  • 2+ years closing $3K–$10K+ in property, finance, or coaching

  • Proven success in commission-only or entrepreneurial environments

  • You treat your pipeline like a business, not a job

  • Thick skin, big energy, and hunger to outperform

  • Comfortable working evenings/weekends when deals get done

  • See a 15,000-lead CRM and think: “That’s gold.”

  • Bonus: Familiar with PIA, CoreLogic, or property strategy mapping

This is a contact sport. You’ll compete, collaborate, and celebrate with a team that plays to win.

The Process

We’ll hire 3–4 reps to start.

Experience tells us that in the first 4–6 weeks, this will naturally narrow to the 2 best performers who will have a permanent home here.

Those two will be the benchmark for the team — setting standards, shaping systems, and helping drive the next stage of growth.

We’re transparent because that’s how we do business with clients — and it’s the best way to set expectations.

Learn from the Best

You’ll work directly under our Sales Manager with over three decades of success in property and finance.

He has led national sales teams, closed hundreds of deals, and built a reputation for turning good salespeople into great ones.

If you’re hungry to level up, this is your chance to learn from one of the industry’s sharpest and most respected sales leaders.

Career Path & Growth

Top performers will gain:

  • Access to advanced coaching and leadership pathways

  • Input into shaping national sales systems

  • Direct mentorship and ongoing development from senior leadership

If you want a plug-and-play company, there are others out there.
If you want to build something, grow fast, and own the outcome — this is it.

How to Apply

We receive a high volume of applications — we’re only interested in closers who stand out.

Step 1: Record a 90–120-second selfie video answering:

  1. In what situations is buying a brand-new property smarter than an established one?

  2. Your two most recent closed deals — what were they, deal value, and what made them work?

Upload your video link (YouTube unlisted, Loom, or Google Drive link) in your cover letter or CV.

No video = no reply.

Send your application and video to hr@investfox.com.au
