Your Role in Action:

  • Working on rigs like D65s, T45s, Pit Vipers, and Sandvik DPIs

  • Handling breakdowns and scheduled maintenance

  • Using your top-notch diagnostics to fix hydraulic and electrical faults

  • Keeping detailed service records

  • Working closely with the mining crew to keep rigs running and reduce downtime


What We’re Looking For:

  • Aussie-recognised trade cert

About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent Planning & Reliability to lead a multidisciplinary team in supporting Daunia's safe and efficient operation. This is a site-based position working a 4on/3off Monday to Thursday roster.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a high performing team of short-term maintenance planners and reliability engineers, driving operational excellence and asset reliability in a dynamic, autonomous mining environment.
  • Ensure maintenance visibility across autonomous operations by integrating planning, scheduling, and reliability practices that optimise equipment uptime and production efficiency.
  • Drive strategic alignment by connecting short-term maintenance execution with long-term asset planning and budgeting functions in collaboration with group Asset Management based in Brisbane.

What You'll Bring:

  • A tertiary Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification or relevant Trade qualification.
