We’re looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio and work directly with a supportive, forward-thinking Director who values independence, respect, and results.

A well-maintained, stable portfolio (approx. 150 properties)

End-to-end management of your portfolio with VA and admin support
Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and routine reports (field agent support provided)
Prepare entry and exit condition reports and manage QCAT documentation
Collaborate with a professional, down-to-earth team that has your back
Current QLD Real Estate License
2+ years of experience in Property Management
A “no-nonsense”, detail-oriented attitude — nothing gets past you
Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-through skills
A reliable car and valid driver’s license
You’ll be treated like a professional – no micromanaging, just trust and respect
