In this role, you will:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven expertise in asset management, facilities management, or a closely related field, with a track record of delivering results.

  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle principles, regulatory compliance, and safety standards within the Australian context.

  • Exceptional organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex data and translate insights into action.

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, enabling you to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners.

An enthusiastic Facilities Coordinator/Administrator, you will report to the Head of Facilities and play a key role in the provision of property maintenance administration services over this unique portfolio.

Working as a part of a small, dynamic team, your main responsibility will be to support the team. You will manage meeting room bookings, access controls, order supplies and deal with any other ad-hoc requests. Your tasks will include:

  • Raising purchase orders, data entry, photocopying, printing etc.
  • Support and coordinate the compliance calendar

The Role:

As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee a high-volume portfolio of client properties post-handover, focusing on compliance, detail, and process excellence. What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in property management (ideally 10+ years for top salary band)
  • Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or equivalent (preferred)
