Are you ready to take the reins of both physical and digital assets and turn strategy into action? At Marathon Health we’re seeking a proactive and strategic Asset Manager to lead the way in optimising asset performance, ensuring compliance and supporting long term sustainability. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our resources are not only well-managed and maintained but also aligned with our long-term vision.
This is more than just oversight—it’s about unlocking value, driving operational excellence, and championing sustainability. You’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and future-proofing our asset portfolio.
In this role, you will:
Develop and deliver asset management plans that align with our strategic goals.
Maintain a comprehensive and accurate asset register and lifecycle documentation.
Oversee ICT assets and manage vendor contracts to ensure optimal value and performance.
Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across Marathon Health and headspace property sites.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely repairs and servicing.
Manage the fleet contract, ensuring vehicles are utilised effectively within lease parameters.
Ensure all relevant insurances are current and claims are actioned promptly.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven expertise in asset management, facilities management, or a closely related field, with a track record of delivering results.
Strong understanding of asset lifecycle principles, regulatory compliance, and safety standards within the Australian context.
Exceptional organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex data and translate insights into action.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, enabling you to build strong relationships across teams and with external partners.
Experience in the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable, especially in environments where community impact and resource optimisation are key.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in asset management, engineering, business, or a related discipline.

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and experienced Residential Property & Caretaker to join our growing team in Noosa Heads. This unique and autonomous role combines residential property management with building management duties across three premium residential developments.
About the RolePortfolio: Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 100 residential rental properties, with approximately 75% located in Noosa (minimal travel required).
Building Management: Provide hands-on support with day-to-day building operations, liaising with residents, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the developments.

An enthusiastic Facilities Coordinator/Administrator, you will report to the Head of Facilities and play a key role in the provision of property maintenance administration services over this unique portfolio.
Working as a part of a small, dynamic team, your main responsibility will be to support the team. The Role:
As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee a high-volume portfolio of client properties post-handover, focusing on compliance, detail, and process excellence. You’ll review management agreements and leases for legalities and accuracy, ensure landlord insurance, lease renewals and rent reviews are up to date, monitor warranties and maintenance, and check routine inspection reports.
