We are seeking a motivated, professional, and experienced Residential Property & Caretaker to join our growing team in Noosa Heads. This unique and autonomous role combines residential property management with building management duties across three premium residential developments.
About the RolePortfolio: Manage a well-maintained portfolio of 100 residential rental properties, with approximately 75% located in Noosa (minimal travel required).
Building Management: Provide hands-on support with day-to-day building operations, liaising with residents, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the developments.
Office Based: Enjoy the convenience of working from our central Noosa Heads office, with strong admin and team support behind you.
Reporting: Work autonomously while reporting directly to the Principal and Licensee of the business.
End-to-end management of residential tenancies (leasing, rent arrears, maintenance, compliance, inspections, and tenant/owner communications).
Coordination of building services, maintenance, and contractor management across three residential sites.
Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, body corporate, and on-site stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures.
Upholding a high standard of service to support the reputation of our agency.
Previous experience in property management (essential).
Knowledge of building management, or willingness to learn.
Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (or ability to obtain).
Strong organisational and communication skills with a professional, proactive approach.
Ability to work autonomously while remaining accountable to the Principal and Licensee.
