Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in data collection, preferably in the property industry.
  
• Tertiary qualification in either Property, or Economics, or Commerce, or Financial Analysis/Valuations.
  
• Proficiency in property specific software programs such as Forbury, Estate Master, Valuation models, Navigator and CRM would be ideal.
  
• Advanced skills in Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  

The Role
Join our dynamic Office Leasing Department as an Analyst, reporting to the Joint Head of Office Leasing in Victoria.

In this role, you will support the Office Leasing team with all aspects of day-to-day operations, focusing on data management and market analysis so that the Office Leasing team can focus more time on transactions and fee generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse office leasing trends, rental data, and tenant movements.
  
• Prepare financial models, reports, and insights to support leasing strategies and client decisions.
  
• Maintain accurate property and lease data within internal systems and database.
  
• Assist with client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  
• Monitor competitor activity, new developments, and emerging leasing opportunities.
  
• Support the office leasing team with reporting, analytics, and business development initiatives.
