About the Role
As the Concierge, you’ll manage all functions and duties in the lead-up to settlement to ensure new properties are “lease ready.” Your day will be dynamic and hands-on, involving plenty of time on the road across Melbourne’s growth corridors and Geelong.

About the Role
As the Concierge, you’ll manage all functions and duties in the lead-up to settlement to ensure new properties are “lease ready.” Your day will be dynamic and hands-on, involving plenty of time on the road across Melbourne’s growth corridors and Geelong.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting pre-settlement inspections and collecting keys
- Coordinating repairs, insurance claims and defect management
- Organising access for photographers and completing minimum standards inspections
- Once properties are ready for market, you’ll hand them over to the Leasing Team for completion.
You’re an experienced Property Manager who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being out and about rather than tied to a desk. You’ll bring:
- At least 2 years’ Property Management experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- A current driver’s license
- $90K + Super (approx. $100K package)
- Fuel card + company car
- 2 days WFH per week
- No weekend work
