An exciting role exists for a Property Consultant (Leasing Manager/Field Agent) to join our office located at Woolloongabba servicing the Southside of Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
This full-time role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, and offers variety in your day as you spend much of your time on the road, managing and visiting properties within your portfolio.
We are a family owned specialist Property Management company. With properties in Brisbane and greater surrounds, we are looking for a person who has a genuine passion.
Key attributes of the successful candidate would include:
- High level of communication - both written & verbal
- To be able to work in a team environment - relaying feedback & working together with other team members
- Physically fit - this role requires driving & moving for rent signs as required
- Possess a positive 'can do' attitude
- Able to work autonomously
- Property viewings
- Liaising with prospective Tenants to find them a suitable property (providing a high level of service)
- Routine inspections
- Entry Condition Reports
- Exit Condition Reports
- Real Estate Certificate
- Active MANUAL Driver's license
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday (never more than 5 days a week)
- Experience working in the Real Estate Industry is highly advantageous, but training will be provided
