We are searching for an experienced General Manager that has been working in the real estate industry to join a long standing team of industry professionals based in Sydney's Hills District.
This position requires a comprehensive understanding of both the Real Estate industry and business management. Experience in managing a large team with the ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently will see you succeed in this incredible opportunity!

Here's a little more about the role and what we are looking for...
The Role - responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Team leadership - hosting meetings with different departments including Sales, Property Management, HR & Compliance & Marketing
- Managing budgets and overseeing company financials
- Ensuring business compliance with Real Estate legislation
- Monitoring KPI performance
- Managing WHS requirements
- Analysing business metrics and marketing trends to drive initiatives for business improvement
- Ensure financial and operational practices align with business objectives
- Coordinating training sessions for CPD
- Must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience in a similar role (within the real estate industry)
- Must hold a Class 2 Real Estate licence
- Strong business acumen and
- A professional with incredible leadership that knows how to bring out the best in people!
