About the role
As a Senior Property Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties in the Southern Suburbs and Logan area of Brisbane, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will see you managing all aspects of the leasing and property management process, from marketing vacant properties to handling tenant inquiries and maintenance requests.
What you'll be doing
Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and occupied
Liaise with both landlords and tenants to address any issues
Market and advertise vacant properties to secure high-quality tenants
Oversee the leasing process, including conducting viewings, processing applications and preparing tenancy agreements
Handle all financial aspects of property management, such as rent collection, bond management and disbursement of owner payments
Provide exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
Ensure properties comply with all relevant legislation and regulations
Assist with the resolution of tenant disputes and handle any tenancy terminations as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar property management role, preferably within the residential sector
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants
Proven track record of effectively managing a portfolio of properties and maximising occupancy rates
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Thorough understanding of the residential tenancy legislation and regulations in Queensland
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant real estate qualifications (e.g. Certificate of Registration, Real Estate License) are highly desirable

We are a leading full-service facilities management company specialising in the management of high-rise residential apartments in Melbourne’s CBD and surrounds.
About the role:
Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced Building Caretaker to join our team at a brand new premium permanent residential building in Melbourne.
This full-time role is suited to a hands-on individual with experience in residential or facilities caretaking and cleaning. You'll be responsible for ensuring the building's common property is well-presented, clean, safe, and compliant. While supported by a broader management team, you'll take the lead onsite in day-to-day caretaking, cleaning and coordinate with our contractors and support staff where necessary.
This development requires a self-motivated, high-level communicator with a keen eye for detail. You will need to possess excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail skills to ensure the highest standards are delivered to the clients and their asset.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be required to:
· Be highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Perform daily cleaning and presentation duties (e.g lobbies, rooftop, pool, carpark, lifts, amenities)
· Perform daily building management tasks (e.g. move ins/outs, residential communication, contractor liaison, etc.)
· Ensure all records concerning the building are kept and are up to date
· Manage or conduct basic maintenance tasks across common areas
· Identify, log and manage asset defects and liaise with contractors (e.g. builder defects, lift, fire, etc.)
· Complete routine WHS and fire safety checks (e.g. doors, lighting, access systems)
· Maintain a neat, tidy and compliant manager's office/room
· Report to and liaise with the Operations Manager
· Undertake administrative duties relating to projects as directed by the Operations Manager
· Build productive relationships with clients and service providers
· Enforcement of OC rules
· Liaise with the OC Manager
To be successful in this role you must:
· Have previous experience in caretaking, cleaning and building management
· Have superior attention to detail
· Have an understanding of WHS and compliance inspections
· Have exceptional customer service
· Excellent personal presentation standards
· Effectively manage multiple stakeholders

· Have excellent written and oral communication skills

Position Summary
The role of Executive Assistant is responsible for providing sales, administrative and coordination support to 1 of our leading Real Estate Agents. This role will ensure that all services and activities are delivered with the highest level of detail and standard. As a key ‘go-to’ person for the team, you will ensure that any issues are resolved effectively, and requests are completed within a timely manner. The industry is fast paced and requires an extremely high attention to detail, meticulous planning ability and a positive and proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns
● Oversee real estate marketing activities, including social media strategy and execution
● Attend client appointments, inspections, and internal meetings
● Contribute to project marketing initiatives
● Operate within tight deadlines and timeframes
● Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication
● Prepare and coordinate marketing materials for property listings
● Assist with auction day activities and open homes
● Organise and prepare for auctions and open inspections

Employment Details
● Remuneration: $90,000 + superannuation + commission / incentives
● Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (adhoc after-hours work will be required) + one day off during the week. To be arranged based on team preference
