Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct basic maintenance tasks using hand tools such as assembling furniture, hanging artwork and minor ad-hoc jobs

  • Assist with projects or other specialized work as reasonably directed by management
  • Ensure contractors are adequately trained or have the necessary certifications to complete works to a high standard
  • Ensuring efficient repair schedules and reviewing repair cost estimates for approval by management
  • Prioritizing maintenance and repairs of company equipment where required
  • Arrange and record battery replacements in associated equipment for guest access, Door lock systems, digital lock boxes or the like
  • Maintain dedicated warehouse space / caddy and equipment storage areas to be safe
  • Adhere to relevant safe work practices, WH&S and report potential risks for review.
  • Complete stocktake of maintenance inventory on hand (SOH) ensuring adequate inventory within stock management system
  • Ad Hoc tasks requested from time to time by management
