We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Property Manager to manage Willow, 76 brand-new thoughtfully designed terrace homes located in a gated community within the thriving master planned city of North Lakes.  The portfolio is set to expand following the settlement of our Elwood development in December, which will add 68 architecturally designed terraces nestled within the serene natural surrounds of Mango Hill. Additionally, this portfolio will include The Terraces—our striking lakeside complex in Mango Hill—bringing the portfolio size to 170.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management | Tenant Relations | Owner Relations | Leasing and Marketing

• Fostering strong tenant and owner relationships through proactive communication and service excellence

• Preparing tenancy documentation, negotiating lease terms, rental renewals and representing owners at practical completion and property handovers

• Coordinating maintenance requests, engaging contractors as required

• Facilitating property valuations, market appraisals and keeping owners informed

• Managing leasing activities including advertising vacancies, conducting property viewings and securing tenancies

• Collaborating with marketing teams to implement strategies that optimise and attract quality tenants

• Supporting a culture of continuous improvement in our systems and processes

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in a property management role

• Holding a current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate

• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act [QLD]

• Familiarity with Body Corporate and Community Management Act [QLD]

• Proficiency in property management software [PropertyMe, Inspection Express, IRE]

• Great communication skills and a natural drive to help and support others

• Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail

• A genuine commitment to continuous learning and improvement
