An exciting opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic and experienced Inspection Manager to join the iAgency Property Management team. We are looking for someone with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Communicate with property owners and tenants to address/arrange all type of inspections
Conduct open for inspections - both Mid-week and Saturday
Review tenant application and conduct tenant background checks
Prospective tenant recommendation and approval
Completing entries, exits reports
Conduct an routine inspections
Excellent communication skills
Great efficiency
Requirements:
- A great track record of providing outstanding service to their clients
- Valid driver's license & reliable car
- Relevant certificates or qualifications.
- 3 years of related experience or more.
- Familiar with Property tree or Property Me, Inspection Express, Inspect Real Estate, Pricefinder, DocUSign etc
