About the role

As a Property Manager  you will be responsible for the management of a diverse portfolio of residential properties within the Brisbane Inner Northern suburbs. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a supportive and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing

  • Effectively managing a portfolio of 100 residential properties, including coordinating property inspections, tenant management, and maintenance coordination

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Conducting regular property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords

  • Handling all aspects of the leasing process, including advertising, conducting viewings, and processing new tenancy applications

  • Promptly addressing tenant queries and resolving any issues that may arise

  • Ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and that any necessary repairs are carried out in a timely manner

  • Providing advice and recommendations to landlords on market conditions, rental pricing, and property improvements

  • Adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential property management, preferably in the Brisbane market

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords and tenants

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

  • Familiarity with relevant real estate laws and regulations, including tenancy and property management legislation

  • Proficient in using property management software and digital platforms

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach

  • A valid real estate license or registration in Queensland
