The Senior Property Manager’s role includes:
Overseeing a mid-sized, well-maintained property portfolio based in the Inner West
Working closely with a dedicated Leasing Consultant assigned to your portfolio
Developing strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Handling repairs, maintenance requests, and rental arrears
Managing bond claims and representing the agency at NCAT hearings when necessary
The ideal candidate will have:
Valid NSW Certificate of Registration or License
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Strong communication and professional presentation skills
The ability to cultivate positive relationships internally and externally
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
Superior time management skills
Prior experience or familiarity with the Inner West market is a plus
