  • Plan and implement internal and external campaigns across fundraising, partnerships and recruitment.

  • Promote the RFDS WA 2024 – 2028 Strategy Above and Beyond and its future direction.

Later, you’ll collaborate with our Partnerships team and a major corporate partner to explore innovative ways to showcase the impact of their support. This could mean brainstorming compelling stories or planning digital content that connects with diverse audiences.

After a quick planning session with the Communications and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll head to the aircraft hangar to film a doctor sharing her story about an extraordinary patient retrieval. Back at your desk, you’ll turn that footage into a powerful web article and create short, engaging videos for social media using a content stacking approach.

Throughout the day, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation, so confidence in engaging with a wide range of people is key. To wrap up, you might support our People & Culture team by developing recruitment assets for an upcoming campaign - helping us reach the right people to join our mission.

Realscape Productions is seeking a digitally savvy, bilingual (English + Spanish - preferably Latin American) Marketing and Content Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll be involved in all areas of marketing - from content ideation to influencer partnerships, email campaigns to community engagement - helping us connect with audiences across multiple countries and platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in creative environments with lots of moving parts. You’ll need to be highly organised, self-directed, and confident in allocating your time across competing priorities - building your own systems and rhythms in a dynamic, fast-evolving company. We’re looking for someone who can write with flair, think strategically, and execute with precision - someone who sees both the big picture and the small details.

About Realscape

We’re an independent production company that produces and tours multi-sensory, technology-driven theatrical experiences across Australia, the US, Canada, New Zealand, and beyond. Our shows push boundaries, unsettle audiences, and spark conversation

We operate with a fast-paced, collaborative culture and value open communication, creative thinking, initiative, and self-awareness. You’ll be joining a team that encourages experimentation and growth, and that treats marketing as a creative engine, not just an add-on.

About the Role

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll support all aspects of Realscape’s digital marketing. You’ll help manage content calendars, run influencer outreach, craft campaign copy, publish and schedule posts, respond to community engagement, assist with email marketing, and offer creative input on strategy and direction.

This role requires excellent time management, task prioritisation, and communication skills. You’ll often be wearing multiple hats - from community manager to content strategist to email producer - and we’re looking for someone who can set their own pace, carve out structure, and stay accountable without needing micromanagement.

You’ll work across multiple projects at once and be trusted to build your own workflows, manage your time, and keep momentum even when things shift or evolve quickly. Our team brings a mix of working styles, so clear communication, self-direction, and follow-through are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Partner Coordination

  • Research and manage outreach to influencers, venues, and cultural partners

  • Coordinate briefs, approvals, and deliverables

  • Track campaign results and maintain a CRM-style database

Email & Content Marketing

  • Draft and schedule email campaigns and ad/social copy

  • Build and manage content assets across channels

  • Help maintain and grow audience lists

Community & Social Media

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and community feedback

  • Moderate and manage engagement across platforms

  • Source and repurpose UGC and audience stories

Video & Content Production

  • Assist with short-form video content

  • Capture, edit, and repurpose video clips for campaigns

  • Support visual content planning with the creative team

Creative Input & Strategy

  • Contribute to weekly marketing meetings and brainstorms

  • Stay across platform trends and emerging tools

  • Help align messaging, tone, and campaign strategy

Requirements
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Latin American Spanish preferred) - professional working proficiency required for client communication and content creation

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience in digital marketing

  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,) and familiarity with associated tools (Business Manager, Brevo, or similar)

  • Strong writing and communication skills across platforms

  • Strong organisational and time management skills - you’ll need to structure your own weekly schedule and allocate hours across multiple work streams

  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote team environment where communication may come through email, Slack and Google Drive

  • Experience with social media, influencers, content creation, or digital marketing

  • Able to take initiative and manage your workload with minimal supervision

  • Ability to learn quickly, take feedback, and adapt to shifting priorities

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms + CRM

  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools

  • Photography, video editing, or content creation experience

  • Interest in theatre, immersive experiences, or arts marketing

Remuneration & Flexibility
  • AUD $32.50/hour, casual/freelance (wiggle room for more experienced candidates)

  • Approx 25 hours/week to start

  • Remote-first, may have occasional in-person work (travel costs covered if needed)

  • Naarm (Melbourne) preferred but we will consider candidates globally

  • Open to growth over time for the right candidate
