The Role

As our Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for growing our customer base, drive our digital marketing program, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a mix of marketing strategy, sales, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for our online and retail markets

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity

• Plan and manage targeted marketing campaigns

• Develop and implement social media strategies across all platforms

• Conduct market research to enhance product sales and competitive positioning

• Collaborate with suppliers to establish strategic partnerships

• Create engaging advertising campaigns to attract and retain customers

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred but not essential)

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

• Highly detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to meet tight deadlines

• Proven ability to work independently and lead marketing campaigns

• Experience using all social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service abilities

• Outgoing nature with the ability to quickly develop rapport

• Creative thinker with an eye for detail

• Quick to adapt to new processes and systems

• A positive, can-do attitude in line with Lollipop Cake Supplies' philosophies

• Experience with:

  • Email marketing

  • Meta Ads Manager

  • Website CMS platforms

  • Google Analytics and business insights tools

  • Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not essential)

• A great sense of humour is a must!

Salary & Benefits

• 💰 $70,000 – $85,000 per year (depending on experience)
