Be Yakka's first-ever Marketing Manager - full ownership with minimal red tape

Make a visible impact to a company through all marketing channels

Hybrid working arrangements to fit in with your life

How often do you get to be the first Marketing Manager at a national award-winning business — and build the Marketing strategy with a team that is ready to succeed.

Who We Are

We don't want to be a typical asset finance brokerage. We are a young company and want to showcase our brand story well through all marketing channels.

At Yakka Finance, we do more than secure funding — we help Australian businesses grow, thrive, and feel supported every step of the way.

We’re a multiple award-winning boutique commercial asset finance brokerage, helping business owners secure the funding they need from over 60 major bank and non-bank lenders.

We make it simple for businesses to acquire the equipment they need to run and grow — without tying up their own capital.

Our clients span industries including construction, transport, earthmoving, agriculture, manufacturing, medical, forestry, and much more.

At the helm, our Managing Director has been named “Asset Finance Broker of the Year” in 2022, 2023, and 2025. With that level of industry respect and credibility behind us, we’re now ready to take the next step — and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager with serious creativity and firepower to help us grow even faster and build a national brand that stands out.

As we grow, we’re ready to build a brand that matches the energy and impact of the work we do daily — and that’s where you come in.

The Opportunity

This is Yakka’s first dedicated Marketing Manager hire, and it’s a big one.

You’ll have full ownership of Yakka’s marketing strategy and execution — from brand storytelling to digital growth. We’re looking for someone who can build the system, not just run it. Someone who loves to take the reins, make things happen, and see tangible results.

You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the leadership team to craft and execute a marketing roadmap that drives growth, engagement, and loyalty across all our touchpoints. Led and created by you.

This is your chance to create and lead the marketing function from scratch — and eventually scale it into a full marketing team

  • Competitive salary package + growth opportunities as the business scales.

  • The chance to evolve into a Head of Marketing role as we expand nationally.
