ABOUT THE ROLE:
We require a passionate and dedicated administration professional who can add value and support to our service team.
The successful candidate will be mature minded and have the ability to work autonomously, while also being part of our great work environment.
They will have previous experience dealing with the public and a desire to take on new tasks and systems with enthusiasm.
Previous experience in administration is required; additionally motor dealership experience would be highly regarded however not crucial.
Experienced Service advisors are also encouraged to apply.
Professional presentation, a professional attitude and great communication skills are essential.
A willingness to work hard and develop as an integral team member is absolutely vital.
The successful applicant will be a customer service professional and a good time manager. Persons with service co-ordination experience in similar trade industries are encouraged to apply.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Administration experience mandatory
A minimum of 1-2 years of administration experience is required
IT and computer literacy essential
Intermediate level IT and computer literacy including proficiency with MS Office is essential.
Ability to communicate efficiently and accurately both verbally and through written form
Ability to understand & meet KPI's
Fast & Accurate data entry skills
Knowledge of motor vehicles and mechanics would be an advantage
Ability to exceed manufacturer expectations and standards
Cash handling experience is required.
Sales, negotiating and conflict resolution skills will be highly regarded
Ideal candidate will be outgoing & personable as customer interactions are a high priority.
Current valid driver's license required.

What You Bring
