About The Team
The Strategy and Insights Office provides high-quality decision support to the University community by transforming data into meaningful insights. The team works across a range of internal systems and external sources to collect, analyse, and present information that informs strategic planning and enhances institutional effectiveness
Your New Role!
The Surveys and Analytics Officer is responsible for managing the University's student and graduate feedback survey programs, including both ongoing internal surveys and ad-hoc projects requested by staff. The role ensures that all survey activities are conducted in line with university policy, with a focus on strengthening the student voice to enhance the overall student experience.
In addition to survey coordination, the position supports the Strategy and Insights team with a range of analytical and research tasks, including the administration and reporting of national and external student feedback surveys.

This Continuous | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $79K - $96K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.
