We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our small team. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
Performing data entry tasks for property data, into Vault RE and spreadsheets.
Complete all our checklists, differs whether a New Listing, Under Contract and so forth.
Responding to all under contract property enquiries.
Compile a weekly list of sales leads, from our databases and open homes.
Sending out Form 9s to tenants, for inspections and open homes.
Launch properties onto realestate.com (photos and adverts will be completed) and publish open home times.
Maintain an organised and accessible filing system.
Experience & Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient knowledge of Real Works
Capability to obtain and maintain a real estate registration certificate.
Experience with social media and handling a company’s social accounts. (Desired)
Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
Ability to adapt to new programs and software and meet deadlines in our fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
