Appointment Setter & Customer Care – Photography Studio

📍 This role is not remote – based on-site at our Gold Coast studio
🕘 Casual: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 1 pm

We’re a small family business looking for a motivated, organised and energetic team member to help with telemarketing, admin, and customer service.
About the Role:As our Customer Service & Appointment Setter, you’ll play a key part in helping women step into a life-changing experience. You’ll be calling leads, connecting with potential clients, and helping them feel excited and confident to book their empowering boudoir shoot.
Your Key Responsibilities:Outbound calls to warm leads
Qualify prospects through friendly, thoughtful conversation
Schedule appointments and follow up to confirm attendance
Build strong rapport and provide incredible customer care
Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings
Achieve KPIs
Support general admin tasks as needed
Previous telesales or customer service experience
A proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Confidence to turn a “maybe” into a “YES!”
A warm, friendly, and professional phone manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A results-driven attitude and love for helping people
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Solid written and spoken English
Strong computer and typing skills
Quick learner
