A newly created role where you’ll keep things running seamlessly.  This is a true right-hand role to a busy Co-Founder – working closely together as a team of two to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Here you will have the opportunity to get involved with Projects so your interest in finance and property will see you in a role you love!

It’s perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, loves bringing structure and calm to a fast-paced but boutique environment and has the confidence to manage up when needed.
  
You’ll thrive here if you’re someone who prefers a focused workday over office chatter, this role will feel like a great fit. You’ll work closely with a busy Co-Founder who’s all about getting things done and needs someone they can rely on completely. You’ll have plenty of autonomy and while the environment is quiet, your role will be central - keeping the business organised, clients supported and the Co-Founder one step ahead.

  
Duties & Responsibilities include:
  • Partner closely with the Co-Founder to manage day-to-day operations, priorities and follow-up
  • Prepare briefing packs, research/gather background information and documents ahead of meetings
  • Documentation using MSOffice including presentation, proposals and the like
  • Attend meetings (where appropriate) to note actions, track next steps and ensure follow-through
  • Manage the inbox, correspondence and diary – ensuring the Co-Founder is always a step ahead
  • Draft and send client communications and keep projects and deliverables on track
  • Plan and coordinate travel and itineraries plus event management
  • Maintain filing systems, checklists and processes to keep workflows smooth and transparent
  • Monitor deadlines, chase outstanding items and act as the “accountability anchor”
  • Handle general office administration – supplies, expenses, compliance and coordination with suppliers
  • Process invoices, expenses and basic financial admin
  • Ad hoc duties (particularly as this is a newly created role)
  
About You:
  • Experienced in administration, Office Management or EA/PA support
  • Confident working one-on-one with a senior leader and managing up effectively
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision
  • Strong communicator – clear, professional and able to build great rapport with clients
  • Tech-savvy with confidence across MS Office and modern workplace tools
  • Calm, grounded and dependable – someone who takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly
  • Must be happy working independently – a lot of time it will just be you in the office
  • This role will likely suit someone who’s naturally more reserved and independent, yet confident in building genuine relationships with clients
  • Happy to travel between 2 office - Fortitude Valley and Stones Corner (parking available or close to public transport
