Master Builders Insurance Brokers (MBIB) is a national insurance broker specialising in the building and construction industries.
We are seeking a customer focussed professional to join our Client Services team. This is a full time role based in our Melbourne office and reporting through to the Client Services Team Leader.
What you will be doing:
- Triage inbound phone calls and emails as the first point of contact for clients,
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through effective and efficient management of phone and email queries,
- Undertake administrative tasks to support operational areas across the business, Developing and maintaining relationships with internal colleagues and stakeholders,
- Participate in development opportunities to advance your career!
What you will bring:
- A love of helping customers and clients,
- Experience in managing large volumes of phone calls,
- Excellent written and oral communication skills,
- Ability to learn, understand and impart new and changing information.
