This is a part-time temporary role for 3 months until 19 December 2025, working Monday to Friday, 8am-1pm.
Your new roleAs the face of the business, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and organised environment for clients and staff alike. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth, and directing them appropriately
- Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and polished demeanour
- Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings
- Preparing refreshments for clients and staff - barista experience is a bonus!
- Collecting mail from the Sunshine Plaza PO Box and dispatching ATO correspondence via SmartDocs
- Preparing and sending Company Compliance documents using CAS360
- Scanning, filing, and general administrative support
- Maintaining the coffee machine, unpacking the dishwasher, and ensuring coffee cups are collected and cleaned
- Invoicing in XeroBlue
- Ensuring reception, meeting rooms, and general office areas are tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times
You'll be working with a suite of modern programs including CAS360, SuiteFiles, ATO SmartDocs, Xero Practice Manager, and Microsoft Office Suite - experience with any of these is a plus!
What you'll need to succeedYou'll bring a confident and professional presence, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to keeping things running smoothly. You'll be comfortable juggling multiple tasks and take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and client-ready environment. Experience in a similar receptionist or front-of-house role will be highly regarded, and familiarity with the listed programs will give you a head start.
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is ideal, and barista skills will be a welcome bonus!
