Rate: $37.39 per hour plus Super
Type: Ongoing contract
Hours: Monday-Friday, 20 hours per week minimum, however extra shifts will be available
Location: Moree
To note: The paid training program is delivered full-time over 8-10 weeks. Contractors will be required to work FT hours at this time, Monday to Friday. Contractors may need to travel to a specialised training facility for 2 weeks during these periods to fulfil their training requirements.

About the role
This role involves key responsibilities at our Townsville office including but not limited to the following:
Maintain calls from clients and team members
Maintain and track employee timesheet
Assist with accounts receivable
Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules
Support and coordinate multiple tradesmen, suppliers and sub-contractors to schedule a high volume of service work
Support and upkeep of the scheduling database by consistently updating job information and details
Liaise with management regarding jobs and being proactive in providing solutions and resolutions where possible
Support and participate in the implementation of the Integrated Management System
Complete other duties as required
The successful applicant will need to have:
Minimum of 3 years administration experience (preferably in building/construction)
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast paced
Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel
Experience using a variety of computer software packages
Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
Current driver's license

The BEMS at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for an Administration Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.

About the Team
Building, Engineering and Maintenance Services (BEMS) provide planning, construction, operation and maintenance of all district physical facilities, engineering systems, plant and equipment, to meet strategic objectives within a quality environment. BEMS currently consists of professional, operational, administrative and trade staff. The administration team has two components, one is the Recourses Team which managers staff accommodation, fleet vehicles and telecommunications for the district as well as a Processing Team who manages the administration processes for our maintenance team.

Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.

MPI is seeking a highly experienced Document / Quality Controller for a 3–4-month contract based in Bibra Lake, with an immediate start. This Monday to Friday role offers 8-hour days and on-site parking. You will be responsible for managing document control processes across operational and project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient information flow.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and manage document control systems, including version control and retrieval
Track and update project deliverables, procedures, and reports
Distribute latest approved documents and remove obsolete versions
Coordinate document flow across departments, contractors, and suppliers
Manage transmittals, correspondence logs, and stakeholder communications
Ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards
Act as point of contact for document control inquiries
Support teams with documentation needs as required.
About you:
Cert IV or higher in Business Administration
3–5 years of experience in document control (engineering, construction, or industrial projects)
Proficient in document management systems (e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, Procore)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and safety management standards
